  1. What’s my password?
    ANA members in good standing seeking to log into the site to renew will need to have the system email you your initial password. Use the “Request password” option on the login page OR go to the bottom of any page in the footer and click on the “forgot password” link, enter your email address and then hit the “Email password” link.
  2. Is my membership current?
    If you are unsure of your membership standing, follow the instructions above. If you get a message stating, “No account found with this email address,” it means either your membership is not current, or you never gave us your email address. Be sure to try older email addresses as well as sometimes we don’t have the current email address on file.  If you believe that you don’t have an email address on file with us but are a current member, contact the ANA Membership Chair [Email address: membershipallandale #AT# gmail.com - replace #AT# with @ ] and we will look up your membership status for you. We can add your email address to your account if you request it.
  3. I’m pretty sure my membership expired. Should I renew or re-join?
    If you are pretty sure your membership isn’t current, you may join as new member on the site.
