Call for Volunteers: Restoration of Shoal Creek Greenbelt at Allandale (2222)
Project Description: Planting, cleanup, and trail work—Neighbors join forces with Keep Austin Beautiful, Tzu-Chi Foundation, and Watershed Protection for a morning of trail blazing, cleanup, and planting native saplings and seeds.
When: Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Location: Shoal Creek greenbelt from 2222 to the Bull Creek outfall (park along Shoal Creek Blvd.).
What to Wear: Long pants that cover the ankles, long-sleeved shirt, sturdy closed-toe shoes, hat or sunscreen.
What to Bring: A full reusable water bottle and snacks if you’d like them. KAB will provide supplies and tools.
