I’ve been told that the construction that is happening on Bull Creek Road near White Rock does not match the information in the updates. I apologize for that! Here is some more accurate information about the road closure and also some important information about installing the service lines.
Road Closures and Driveways
We have begun installing the wastewater main and service lines on Bull Creek Road in the block between White Rock and RM 2222. We are starting at White Rock and working southwards to Allandale. Unfortunately, we need to close the whole road in sections to do this work and are unable to keep one lane open, as previously stated. During the day, driveways will be blocked when the work is in front of your house. We believe this should only be for a couple of days. For the most part, access to driveways should be restored at night.
The service lines are being installed at the same time as the main line, so it will just be one pass down the street for the wastewater work. We may need to return to complete one of the service lines near the tributary.

Highlights
- We will probably close RM 2222 at Bull Creek Road at 10 p.m. Friday, September 30, through Sunday evening. We are waiting on one specialized water line part. I will send out another email in a day or two to confirm the closure. There will be additional closures on at least four more weekends.
- No closures are expected on White Horse Trail this week.
- We are moving northward this week with the new water main on Bull Creek Road between Shoal Creek Blvd. and RM 2222. We will also continue installing the service lines this week in these two blocks.
- The base layer on Bullard did not cure sufficiently for the final paving. We placed a temporary patch on it in order to open the road up. We will need to return in the future for the final paving.
- Work on the tributary near White Rock and on the wastewater main between RM 2222 and White Rock will begin this week.
- All dates and time frames are estimates only, based on the information available on September 27.
Informal Meeting: Tony Krauss, the project manager, will be available for questions on Bull Creek Road, just south of RM 2222, today at 5:30 p.m.

Highlights
- We will close RM 2222 at Bull Creek Road on Saturday and Sunday. There will be additional closures on at least five more weekends. As much as possible, traffic is being detoured to 45th and Anderson.
- White Horse Trail between Nasco and Woodview/Shoalwood should reopen Wednesday evening.
- On Wednesday, we will close Bull Creek Road, just south of RM 2222. We will resume laying the box culvert from where we left off, right up to the intersection of RM 2222. Expect driveways at 5806 and 5807 Bull Creek to be blocked through the weekend. The intersection of Bull Creek Road and RM 2222 will be briefly closed on Wednesday to move the equipment across.
- We are moving northward this week with the new water main on Bull Creek Road between Shoal Creek Blvd. and RM 2222. We will be north of Northland this week. We may start installing the service lines towards the end of this week or early next week, starting near Shoal Creek Blvd.
- The small rainfall on the weekend was enough to delay the paving of Bullard. We are waiting for the base layer to dry before finishing off. The road will be open before the weekend.
- Work on the tributary near White Rock should start next week.
- All dates and time frames are estimates only, based on the information available on September 20.
Informal Meeting: There will be no meeting today, September 20.
