It's a hot sweltering morning in Austin, Texas. Another perfect day for the Allandale 4th of July Parade! We had it all: elected officials, exotic and classic cars, floats, a drum majorette, wonder woman, and our future president. Click here to see this year's category winners. Unfortunately, I don't have the names of winners next to their photo. Thanks to Cynthia Keohane for orchestrating the judging. Thanks to Donna Beth McCormick, Joe Reynolds, and the Allandale Neighborhood Association for organizing the parade. And thanks to all of you who took the time to dress up, create a float, or shine your vehicle to be in the parade. This is great community!
