On Saturday, November 14, join us to celebrate the Brentwood and Crestview communities at the Violet Crown Fall Festival. The event will be held 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Crestview Shopping Center, 7100 Woodrow Avenue.

Activities will include more than 30 art booths; local music, food, and drink; history and community displays; kids' activities; and showings of the community history film "A Community Mosaic." A ceremony in early afternoon, following a performance by Roger Beck and Friends, will recognize community members who make a difference.

Sponsors of the event include Violet Crown Community Works, Brentwood Neighborhood Association, Crestview Neighborhood Association, Grande Communications, and The Pilates Center of Austin.

Violet Crown Community Works is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization helping build and sustain community in Brentwood and Crestview through neighborhood events and enhancement projects, including Violet Crown fall and spring festivals, Wall of Welcome, and "A Community Mosaic," among others.
