Please join us for our Allandale Neighborhood Association
September General Meeting this
Wednesday, September 27, at the Ralph Yarborough Library on Hancock Drive beginning at 6
We will begin our meeting with an update on the Shoal Creek Greenbelt. That will be followed by a
discussion of the ANA newsletter.
Our main presentation begins at 6:30. Rosedale resident and architect, Chris Allen, will be talking to us
about the new home design standards.
Additionally, if anyone has a projector that a laptop could be connected to for the
presentation, please email me at gvaden [Email address: gvaden #AT# austin.rr.com - replace #AT# with @ ]. Thank you.
The last item for the evening is Board Elections. All 4
Officers and 7 Board members are up for
election. Terms run for a year.
Finally, we have volunteer opportunities for anyone looking
to get involved. Some of those include
serving on the ANA Board. Below are some
of the other slots: 1. Newsletter Advertising Coordinator (open) 2. Newsletter
Article/Content Coordinator (open) 3. Newsletter Editor (open) 4. Neighborhood
Planning Committee (active but open to new members) 5. It’s My Park Day
